Agreed. Opie being out of the loop not only on promised a seat by Jax who plans to bail out on top of Clay's own word to Bobby is gonna make for bigger divisions. So much that it'll be impossible for Jax to leave unless he wants to see his club self-destruct. Clay just laid the groundwork to keep Jax in the life…

I'm just throwing this out there, I think Piney killed JT on orders from Clay. The why is unknown, but I've got my feelings on it.

That's a thread I hope is actually sort of explored someday. I'd like to see some citizens get caught in the crossfire and maybe even try a minor revolt against the Sons. There really isn't a shortage of enemies for our outlaws. You gotta love that.

I agree that Potter is a cool new character and I'm dying to know what the hell is really up with him. I just hope there's some substance to him in the next episode or two. I'm hoping if the new federal menace does freak out, it's a similar meltdown the way Forrest Whitaker's Lt. Kavanaugh did. And by that I mean that the guy wasn't crazy, but just broken. We'll see where it goes. It only just started and I'm not even sure I LIKE the guy yet. He is damn strange, though.
