That's how I took it.

He didn't like how she lost a lot of weight, especially in the northern region.

I almost feel the same way - that sort of thing usually bugs me. There's a scene in The Dark Knight Rises where a sentiment is uttered, referencing something from Batman Begins, which is a beautiful moment and it's almost undone by then having a flashback to it.

When Walt dipped his head down after the camping quote and popped back up wearing his cooking suit, cheery music kicking in, it seemed that he was about to launch into a Flight of the Conchords-style fantasy mucis video, telling Hank all about his camping days.

I figured out the other day that, at the end of this run, we'll have had over 100 episodes of NuWho. 102 if my maths is right (7 series of 13 plus 11 specials). That's nuts.

I may be posting this far too late for anyone to care but Ace being surrounded by Daleks is not only my first memory of Doctor Who (I would have been just under six at the time) but my first memory of a cliffhanger. So this episode and that scene hold a special place in my geeky heart.

The cop-out answer is that it looks like it's been adapted - same story ideas but the focus has been shifted to bring it "closer to the original series" (according to Hurwitz).

Anyone know how the AV Club will cover the new episodes with all ten being released at once? Will it be one long review of all ten a few days after they become available or will they review each one invidiually on a weekly basis?

24. There's some shoddiness in the later years (season six was unmitigated shit) but those early seasons were frequently incredible at best and great fun at worst. It'd be a blast doing a couple of episodes at a time.

Look at Father Ted there! Doesn't it have a lovely bottom?
You can't say that, some of the TV CLub Classics might get offended.
Of course, they all have lovely bottoms.

Father Ted, yes! for me it's the only rival to Arrested Development for my favourite sticom ever. Just insanely rewatchable.
