Exaclty. Gordon specifically says to Blake in this one that he doesn't care who's under the mask - it was The Batman who 'killed' Dent. Then at the end he says the people of Gotham do know who saved them - again, The Batman. Gordon recognised the importance of Batman as a symbol, who was under the cowl was of no

The auto-pilot is proof enough for me but don't forget the fixed Bat-Signal. Who else but Bruce would have done that? In fact I doubt he'd have sorted out the Robin bag before his 'death' as well - sure, he'd have someone take up the mantle of Batman but he wouldn't have wasted time doing that BEFORE saving Gotham

For me, Gotham recognizing Batman as a hero with the statue was brilliant. He may not have asked for it ("I never said thank you" "And you'll never have to") but he deserved it and I think it nicely tied up the arc of gotham rejecting him.

Even if she rarely tries to crack him like she did in the first couple of seasons, Melfi is an important sounding board for Tony. She's removed from both of his lives and he can be true with her in a way he can't be with his crew or his family.

Is Yates the one from Miss Teacher Bangs a Boy? If so then yes, he's a great replacement for Barbrady.

Might I also suggest the modern Doctor Who before series 7 starts up? Seems perfect for this sort of feature as I imagine it's a show that a lot on here might enjoy but might also be put off thanks to its convoluted history.

I can't help but be distracted by Gillian Anderson's post-baby boobs in it. Seriously, that's what popped into me head as soon as I read the title in your post.

I can see how the conspiracy stuff starts to wobble around The End but I still think it's a great episode - if only because I remember being stupidly excited for the film at that point - and I will happily follow the conspiracy up to Two fathers/One Son. Again, it's not a perfect episode but it wraps it up decently

I would assume this doesn't replace that list as this isn't Todd's 'best of' list - he says on the previous page that Jose Chung's from outer Space is his favourite episode but he felt like it didn't fit in there so the two lists aren't the same.

And by 'awesome' I mean it was 'wonderful, wonderful'.
