A Separation is one of my favorite movies of all time so I'm happy that people are loving The Past. It's yet to play at my local theatre.

This is my primary complaint with the first season. It's not handling the interweaving of the season arc with the case of the week with as much grace as I'd like.

Finally got around to watching the show. Three episodes in I'm pretty hook. If season two is a significant improvement over this as promised, then it must have turned into a pretty great show.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie from Wolf of Wall Street beg to differ.

I've been hearing of my friends' parents having similar reactions. In my theatre it was the physical comedy of the super strength ludes scene that drew the biggest laughs.

Big weekend.

Feb 26 feels so far away. Thankfully a bunch of other shows are returning from break before then and should keep me going.

That's the reason I clicked through. The resemblance is quite striking.

Three episodes in. Really liking it so far.

I just finished the third episode of the second season and was really hoping that she would killed by porcelain doll guy even though we know that of course won't be happening.

So I just watched the entire first season of Arrow in 36 hours flat.

That's really more your ISP's fault than Netflix's though.

As a New Yorker, I like to think that going out on NYE is for three kinds of people: tourists, the B&T crowd and idiots.

All of the Bunheads pain.

I have a ridiculous crush on Dreama Walker and her unbelievably large eyes from that show.

Thankfully for the older stuff I'm taking recommendations from very good friends who know my tastes very well and are pretty well versed in music from multiple decades ago. I think I'm in good hands.

I hadn't listened the Beatles beyond a few tracks here and there till the Tomorrow Never Knows on Mad Men. Then I downloaded and it just sat on my computer until I finally played it this year.

Dark Side of The Mood was a revelation. Every minute of every song is packed with details that have been lifted by my favorite acts of more recent times.

My music tastes are fueled by the internet. I listened to Top 40s crap all the way into freshman year of college before I randomly discovered M83 - Midnight City on Vimeo. I went from that to My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy and from there I was hooked to indie hype machine.

Holy Motors was a revelation. I'm very glad I got around to watching it some time this summer.
