It's bizarre and amazing how much this is true, how fully-formed the characters are right from the get-go. Such a confident, funny show.

The way Holt accepted the challenge was hilarious. We got the blow-by-blow robot process.
OHHHHHH! That's what that was. I guess I'm not racist, phew. But also a bad detective.
The sex tape titles are a great addition to the "That's what she said!"-style pantheon. Maybe a bit harder to work in (TWSS!) into daily conversation, but you could do it, say, once a week. (And that's definitely the title of Santiago's sex tape.)

Missed opportunity: a random trick-or-treater in a snowman costume.
I wanted to say that Jess looked like Beetlejuice's Lydia, but when I went to google image to make sure (and wow there is porn of everything), the evidence didn't bear it out.
Heaven is T-Dawg's *and* Doakes's last resort.
There was a certain Rowboat Cop touch to that joke, which, coupled with Nick's "You're the worst!", gave the show a very good Community vibe.
Nick's disgust at the imminent Billy Joel song title that Schmidt was about to drop was hilarious.
I couldn't believe they'd "risk" such a line. I guess they felt confident owing to NPH's presence. IMO, given the (limited) amount of funniness it generated for me, the unPCness wasn't quite worth it.
Did they though?
I hope this teenage female person stars in a zombie romantic-comedy one day.
That was my reaction *exactly*. Wyndam-Pryce high-five!
