I have a fast connection on a very fast computer, but Netflix did have some problems…they told me to close out the window when freezing happened and do it again…worked. I didn't have to reopen more than once per film. I had most of my problems when watching older television series.

I usually only went to BB to buy used movies…after years of searching, I found a copy of Picnic at Hanging Rock for 2 bucks! Of course, since then most movies can be found online easily….
