It is. I'm definitely here for male characters being objectified for a change. Your move, Johnny Storm. Your move, Tyke.

Look at her buck and her buttocks. I know I'm not the only one, because I wouldn't see it myself if someone else hadn't pointed it out. But right now I cannot unsee it and it may have ruined Jessica forever for me.
It seems like Peter is gratuitously naked all the time in the new series. Marvel is filling a niche.
Women should not be shaped like penises. It confuses me.
It might just as well be Teen Wolf being Teen Wolf.
Would he take revenge on the gang, though? On Mama Yukimura? Would he really be capable of that? I think he understands that Allison was a hunter andpeople die in that line of work. He ddidn't take revenge for his wife or his sister. At least I hope he understands that. I enjoy Pere Argent so much, I wouldn't like…
She's the Anya Jenkins the new generation needed.
I'm not 'clever' enough and I write good female characters in my fiction, so no.
Upvoted because you singled out Shelley. She is just so freaking terrific, hiring her as a regular was the best decision the show has made in years.
It all comes down to whether you enjoyed the twist or not. I did and I enjoyed the living shit out of this episode. The cast was terrific in it, the character beats were there,Liam remains my Brightest Morning Star™, the Allison mentions gave me All The Feels™, I am really satisfied.
Jane's terrific in everything she does, but the idea of a woman being DW's showrunner is ludicrous. Maybe in twenty years. It's a white man's game right now.
They all do. And I'm telling you that as someone who's still mentally a preteen boy.
I'm on season 3, what a fantastic show.
Sofia impersonating Yolanda was a sight to behold. I see big things in that girl's future.
Maybe a Percy Jackson novel? Never read those personally, but they're engineered for pubescent boys.
Just toss him a Drizzt novel. They're perfect for kids that age, because they seem adult and smart, when they're really not.
I've been rewatching Frasier and reading Harry Potter fan fiction, because I'm just that kinda guy.
Yeah. And that's sad, considering how much I loved season 5. Eleven remains my Doctor and Amy and Rory remain my favourite companions, but it all went downhill when they overstayed their welcome and the next companion was an uncompelling plot device.
Hey, I haven't even seen the episode yet. I have no opinion. And I won't even be living full time in the UK until late September. But having spent time with both British and American fans of DW, I can with full conviction say that the perception is different. That was all I was saying. For Americans it's a fun…
I'm sorry, but is it news to you that people from the UK view DW differently than Americans?
