He was trying to get a cut of the royalties from a character HE CREATED. HOW IS THAT "FRIVOLOUS"???? I suppose if it was you, you'd just say "ahhh, it's okay Marvel, i know you guys need the money more than me, you keep it."

First off, any 'best of 2011" list that doesnt have "dead space 2" or "gears of war 3" on it is a travesty. Second-was there a "no FPS" rule? Bulletstorm or Crysis 2 definately shouldve been on here.
