Not only is it an overly leaden case-of-the-week (right up there with some early S1 episodes) with one of the most laughable scenes ever in the trampling of the minister, it's just uninteresting in every way. Agreed. Referring to him as "my three-legged dog Champion" is totally an Andy thing to do. Both because he thinks that makes Champion even more awesome, and because Andy's dense enough that he wouldn't consider that a detail people notice right away.
