A terrific scene I'm now wishing I'd spent some more time on in the review. Hopefully they'll keep doing more of those.

The removal of the Pope/Maggie tension is pretty noticeable in these episodes, but they tend to keep Pope off on scouting missions away from her. Hopefully they'll explore that subtext going forward.

There's also an episode of House where they inject a needle straight through the pupil. Watched that scene through my fingers.

We need to get Mythbusters on this.

The problems with Walking Dead aren't its zombies, it's the fact that you spend the whole show rooting for the zombies because with only two or three exceptions every one of the characters is an irritating vapid archetype. I wouldn't say this show has stellar characterization, but certainly everyone in the resistance…

Thank you! That means a lot. Hopefully the powers that be will decide to bring the show back for regular coverage next year.

As do I, which is exactly how it should be. In an early episode Cesare even offered to make him captain of his armies if he escaped cardinalhood, but Micheletto rejected it saying he will always be in the shadows. This is a character they could overuse, but they never do, and I respect that.
