Agreed.  Conan's ratings fell.  It wasn't Leno's fault or his lead-in or anything else.  Conan's fans may have made noise online, but they didn't watch regularly.  The people who do found Conan weird and left.  I don't like Leno and do like Conan but I would've canned Conan too.  It's a business and he hurt business.
