Re-watched Popeye and noticed something new— all the background action is intended (and succeeds) to look like the action in an old Max Fleischer cartoon. It's actually brilliant.

Really enjoyed Doctor Who, much more than the first episode— Clara has as much personality as any Companion, whose main job is running around screaming and being saved by the Doctor, basically. Clara at least does things. And maybe this is 12's motivation to STOP being "a good Dalek"?
