I don't know how many more ways to say it. It's about inventing ways to exaggerate the ignorance of the uneducated and oppressed. It's caricature - not only inaccurate, but also deeply insulting. People. Never. Spoke. That. Way. except in racist minstrel shows. It's a racist fiction.
And that's not the issue here at all. I'm not sure what it is that you're misunderstanding. Writing 'the way people talk' is different from inventing language for uneducated characters to illustrate their ignorance.
Add in the racial aspect, and it's a shitshow. It's minstrelry.

I traveled between Houston and L.A. for a few years as a driver.
You're right on.

How would those standards be enforced?
Because forced sterilization, forced abortion, and taking newborns away from their mothers to be raised by 'acceptable' parents has been a nightmare of oppression and abuse every. single. time. it's been implemented.
Those pesky human beings and their rights, always getting in the way of grand social engineering…
Dylan Bates is definitely the Jesse Pinkman of weed and incest.
Sure, we live in a world steeped in racism and sexism, but no particular thing, event, or person is actually racist or sexist.
Just remember to always keep criticism vague enough for everyone to comfortably shake their heads at the injustice. Otherwise, you might make actual people feel bad. Nothing ever changes if …

Matt Groening had some cred from the Life in Hell and Akbar and Jeff strips running in alt weeklies, so although a lot of people complained about the tsunami of commercialization, I don't think anyone put themselves above the show's charms.
She thinks she's people!
Yeah, you rape one little girl, and suddenly people are calling you a kidfucking rapist.
What a world!
I want it to be a buddy comedy.
Two loose cannons on the same team? That's so crazy it has to work!
She doesn't look too into it.
I quit trying years ago. Best decision I ever made.
I think you just ordered a hit.
Anita Hill and Monica Lewinsky were raked over the coals by the press; this would have been so much uglier for the women involved.
