Also, I disliked your comment on the posibility of Charlie being unable to act as Charlie anymore in the future. Sure he may be getting pretty famous, but the guy is a tremendous actor, and he loves his show. He knows what he's doing as Charlie and I'm sure he will for years to come!

Even though this episode revolved around by far my two favorite pairings: Charlie and Dee and Mac and Dennis, it was still pretty middle of the road. B- by Sunny standards, but still solid TV. Loved Mac checking the timeshare guy out after Dennis said "we bent HIM over a barrel!"

I don't think I've ever seen anybody ship those two ever.
And I mean ever.

In this year's comic con, they mentioned that basically all the characters are pretty much bisexual, with Mac being called "straight up gay".

@avclub-97b2d5e5f92c333976018236d76658d9:disqus Unfortunately they only did commentaries on four episodes! Gang Recycles Their Trash, Pop-Pop, Maureen Ponderosa Wedding Massacre, and… Charlie' Mom has Cancer.
No idea why they went with that lost one there. Totally woulda preffered any other ep from the season.

Isn't that what he is believing since he seems to think he's straight?

Bought the season 8 DVD the other day, they had a commentary on that episode.
Apparently the kiss was completely improvised by Rob. Glenn's reaction to that is pretty genuine. Which makes it all the more amazing!

"The Gang Desperately Tries to Get Meta"
Luckily it worked! I loved this ep. I really can't stand most sitcoms today that all my friends love, so I guess this clicked all the right buttons for me.
Also, it sort of looks like they're really continuing with Bully Charlie this year. He certainly was devolving into a bully

This episode was perfection. Hooray for intelligent social commentary

I was almost hoping that Wilfred and Ryan would have just driven off together and next season would be them starting life anew in Mexico.

Which you won't.

I'm not too big on All the President's Heads.

I'd be down for a full, theater movie release. I don't really see the point in doing anymore direct-to-DVDs, but I'd be ecstatic if there was a full film.

Perhaps! Though I was mostly thinking comedically. Comedically, he wasn't quite clicking for me with his character. Again, I could be crazy.

My review of this episode:
Fuck
to the
Yeah.

Also, perhaps I'm very alone in this, but did Glenn's acting seem slightly off this episode?
He usually sells his character really well, but I just felt like he was… trying too hard I guess?

I liked it, pretty solid throughout. B, B+ seems about right.
Dee describing how much she loved her fat agent guy was the highlight.

Are… are you David Zuckerman in disguise?

I have just now, this episode, realize that I'm frustrated with this show. Yet another cliffhanger ending, with none of the others addressed - I keep telling myself, THIS'LL BE THE EPISODE WE FIND OUT IF KRISTN REALLY DOES KNOW SOMETHIG ABOUT WILFRED, and THIS'LL BE THE EPISODE WE LEARN ABOUT THE MYSTERIOUS SYMBOL,

Randy also got crushed by the planet express sign two episodes ago.
