I suggest giving the new murs a listen. Individually a lot kf the songs, are pretty good, but the lack of cohesive narrative made it all fall apart for me a little at the end. Give it a shot though. If the narrative clcks for you or just doesnt bother you you'll really enjoy the album.

He is pretty great. The first two collaborations with 9th wonder are my favorites from him. Don't forget the Felt series he did with slug of atmosphere. Those were pretty swell releases as well.

I refuse to believe "Tru" is mentioned only 36 times. I'm not crazy enough to confirm, but it sure felt like SO much more.

While I think the grade is generous, the review itself is spot on. The dream track is the same exact point I started to check out. 2chainz is unfortunately another rapper who cant support a whole album on his own.

So much this. Ohnomite is fucking amazing. Everyone go get that NOW.

If you haven't checked out the entire Section.80 album, do that. Other than that, i'd suggest checking out his verses on E-40's "Catch a Fade" DJ Khaled's - "They Ready" which also has Big KRIT and J Cole, Game's "The City", MMG's "Power Circle" Schoolboy Q's "Blessed", and Ab-Soul's "illuminate". If none of those

@DestroyHimMyRobots:disqus Damn you! Agreed, the second track is very good as well.  I specified the first one only because you were criticizing the production on Long Hot Summer, and was conceding that i could've gone for more beats that sounded like that first link.

ok, that first track you posted in particular is crazy. long hot summer was my first exposure to him and have been a big fan ever since, but i've never heard either of the joints you posted.  Still think LHS is a classic though, lol. I actually like a lot of the production on there, but mainly the vividness of the

Very surprised & happy to see Masta Ace pop up here.  I mentioned this in the rick ross review last week, but i really enjoyed Ma Doom.  Granted, i wasn't familiar with the special herbs' series, so the beats were new to me, but its Ace's storytelling that really makes the album.
