From what we saw on the trailers, he's gonna try to rally some people to fight the White Walkers.

Yeah he's got a volcanic arm or something.
Yep. I guess in the show Euron kills Balon, wins Kingsmoot, sends Yarasha to Mereen.
Fast-acting, rule-breaking poison?
I liked Davos asking for some mutton.
It's going to be Asha/Yara instead of Victarion.
Good point. I think scenes like the one you mention are harder for them to mess up because they have no stakes. It's not easy to do big shocking events that feel earned.
Dorne stuff messed everything up. They did that part of Jaime's arc from the fourth book last season (burning the letter and everything) but now it's back to "we are the only ones that matter!!!1" like in season fucking one.

Melisandre: "Apologies for what you are about to see."
They burned the fleet so Daenerys needs a new fleet which she will get when Asha/Yara (standing in for Victarion) arrives with one.
Honestly, I think the worst thing about the whole Dorne detour is that they did the thing where Jaime is fed up with Cersei's bullshit and he burns the letter etc.
I think Stannis will sacrifice his daughter in the books. Maybe for a different reason, but I think he'll do it.
Recently rewatched some season 5 episodes, the Dothraki indeed appear; some of them carry that former slave dude Daario executes.
I think Martin told them it happens. Shireen's sacrifice is also supposedly among the things he told them.
I didn't think it was that bad, but I wanna play too:
Well, flying around was fun.
That's what Kingsguard armor looked like at that time, I think.
The Ward is pretty bad.
Also from 1939: Destry Rides Again and Le Jour se Lève.
