Agree with you there, the casting for the show so far has been incredibly lackluster. Both Skye and Ward are painful to watch, especially when they're together.

They're like Mulder and Scully all over again!

Well, it is a Whedon show. There's a lot of inter-cast banging in those.

The God Complex was fun, and I enjoyed Asylum of the Daleks and Cold War but ever since the HUGE SPOILER FOR SEASON 6 Amy-pregnancy/kidnapping clusterfuck I've given up on the overarching plotline until Moffat gets booted from the showrunner's chair.

"Once you go wood, it's never as good!"

All of Moffat's run after the first couple episodes of season 6 hasn't worked. At all. And those episodes are arguably a mess too, anchored by a really cool monster (The Silence).

Every time I read these reviews I picture Red as Kate Mulgrew, which would make this show much better in my opinion.

I'd still recommend the first 3-4 episodes of season 7 for those scenes and the sexy, sexy menace Ray Stevenson portrays. Of course it goes to shit the instant Hannah shows up, but Dexter's love interests were never all that interesting.

I kind of hope the opening scene begins with Eccleston yelling "Nice to meet you, Liv! Run for your life!" and the entire cast runs off set and into the sunset to get as far away from Lindelof as possible.

Yeah, as much as I love Eccleston, I'll probably steer clear of this because Lindelof is literally cancer.

"Get off your encounter-suited cunts and do something!" has a nice ring to it.
