"Fuckwits"

I don't think she's dead. Calling it now.

Having read Sepinwall's 2nd part of his interview with Fuller I'm a bit worried about season two.

If Will Graham wrote something using a typewriter and that writing was a window into his madness it would say: feelin' fine.

If you didn't laugh at this then there's something wrong with you.

I loved so much because it was the scariest of the season and we learned Hannibal is cooking Will's brain. That is probably the most horrifying action he's done so far.

I love that line from Crawford. It made me believe he actually cares about Will.

I really like their Moriarty take. It's funny that when they announced the show I really thought changing Watson into a female character would be terrible but that worked out and I think Moriarty will too - if used appropriately (so far so good). I also liked the Macedonia plot - it seemed very Doyle like.

I think my assessment of the show is along similar sentiments as Ryan's. I did enjoy watching the show but I didn't have to write about it - which probably would have turned me against aspects I can look past. But honestly, I'd take this show over the vast majority of network dramas. So, if this is Netflix's starting

I usually want more fact with my fiction but this show is very clear that's it's about emotion and themes more than anything else and Graham is for a different class of serial killers.

I've got money on Mrs. Crawford once again being at Hannibal's dinner table. Which could be very disturbing for Mr. Crawford.

Start the Sparty Awards thread.

What fucking fun ride.

I agree with McGee on this one. Excellent tribute episode but the plot mechanics didn't quite work out. It was a little too clean, easy, and convient for Caesar to take back his position and for everyone to get their emotional resolution. But still fucking fun.

I loved the theme(s) that ran through out the season: Can a person escape their past and/or change. This was first set-up with the deceptive mini-arc of the fake spiritual camp and spelled out with the long-arc of Drew Thompson.

I hope there's a second season. And I hope they spend more time with the Native Americans - especially the badass Native American sister. This show improved as it went along and has quite a lot of story it can tell.

Claire not wanting to be an idol for suitors is a nice, unique, and interesting take on her character.

I thought I was supposed to enjoy violence. I did not enjoy the violence in this episode.

I like that the show continually developments the plot and to a lesser extent the characters. There's no staying in the same place or with the same issue for longer than necessary. But since so much of the show is about moving the plot forward the things that are not, like the odd moments with Claire being yelled at,

I didn't quite like the retcon-ing of Naevia, the same as Ryan (Did she really need more tragedy?). I'm slightly more okay with it now because it became clear she's going down the irredeemable route and Crixus is going the other way - which, potentially, could be a wonderfully tragic love story if they do it right.
