Yup, just the concert. I'm actually bummed they shot their Last Waltz wad here. It's so ripe for parody between the backstage stuff and the massive number of guests they bring out.

Agreed - as a massive fan of Stop Making Sense I was looking forever to it all season. What a letdown. Why is this ep getting so much hype? It was barely funny or referential to the source material.
Had the same thought, pretty certain you're right.
Nonplussed means the opposite of what you think it means
It's weird to me they haven't reviewed Lord Huron's newest, went to look for it and it seems not to be there? And they reviewed the first a few years ago too.

There's a BBC 6?
I heard When You Wasn't Famous on the radio a month or so ago and it took me way back. Some of his songs are absolute ear worms.
So glad someone shares this opinion with me. I have two friends who LOVE the Foo Fighters…and I just don't get why? They sound like "Generic Rock Band" to me.
Controversial opinion: I like him, but Matt Bessar seems like an a-hole and not as funny as he thinks he is.
Speaking of Ben Kweller, I really really love The Bens EP that he, Ben Folds, and Ben Lee put out. Pretty much all I've listened to from them (other than a bit of Folds) but I really love those tracks.
In two years :(
Completely agree. It's actually gotten me more into the band than I've ever been.
Wow what a reference. I love you.
This nation needs more Adam Pally. His appearance on the podcast as David Fiene (with Amy Poehler) is a top three favorite for me, with the two as Bro not far behind.
Why?
In my opinion, it really wouldn't be worth catching up.
For all the shit that Paul Schneider gets that may be my favorite moment in the whole series. His delivery is so, so funny.
There's actually a few songs I really enjoy on Idlewild: Mighty O (one of my favorite Andre verses), Life is a Musical, Hollywood Divorce, and Call the Law, featuring a young Janelle Monae.
Yes, that special was amazing. I think Barefoot and Sara Moulton were there too.
Saturday they had a Thanksgiving live special with Giada, Flay, Alton and Barefoot. The highlight was Alton Brown telling Barefoot that he "wasn't aware she could exist outside of the Hamptons".
