Erik - I thought the same thing about the clips. I didn't think they were from past shows or maybe I just don't remember any of them? By that time in the show I was drifting to sleep and need to re-watch it.

Even my 12 yo daughter thought this was dumb. She kept saying, "Just use your hands you idiot!" It was lazy writing IMO.
It's awful. I enjoyed my reading of the site at work and now I can't since I'm forced to use an old browser. I won't be visiting AV Club now unless I get upgraded someday. I hate the change. The site was fine before (speaking as a web designer).
I enjoyed the episode. It made me laugh. That's all I've been requiring of my comedies of late while dealing with very stressful life stuff.
After reading some reviews I was worried about this movie. But honestly, I enjoyed it. Sure, there were parts that weren't very strong but overall, anytime I get to see Thor I'm going to be happy. I thought the scenes with him and Loki were very strong. I wish there was a Thor & Loki: Together Forever type film…
Sanka you dead mon?
You would. I watched it just the other day with my kids and I enjoyed it. I think it is still funny and moving. I still get teary-eyed when they are carrying that sled.
I don't know if they are chummy or if Chalky knows Richard took out a whole house of men all by himself. I imagine that makes his reputation something to respect.
The effects are still real enough today to make my daughter decide she didn't want to see this in 3D as she thought it would be too scary. If they looked cheesy in any way it wouldn't have been an issue.
This was one of my favorite movie-going experiences of my life. The sound quality… the dinasours… Jeff Goldblum……
I truly hate Kenny Powers. I do. He drives me crazy and I have no idea how April is with him. Yet at the end of this episode I cheered a little. And that's what make this show so awesome.
His reactions and emotional response is spot-on and I wonder how their relationship was in real life. It is normal for a boy to want to be with his father in this situation. She's trying to protect them from the true pain of the father not wanting them but, personally, I'd have a hard time not being with my kids.
Personally I think dragging her kids to the hospital at night isn't saintly. She's all too willing to say yes to everything instead of 'no' once in awhile just so she can spend time with her kids. I think that's how the show is trying to keep her in balance.
This was the best episode of the season for me. I think it is probably leading somewhere (so it pleases the reviewers). The way sexuality was thought about back in the day was incredible. Unfortunately I know some men who still think the same way Freud thought… haha. I still think this should be required viewing.
Allis…
I have to agree! I thought the long arc was the study… the exploration of human sexuality. Their lives unfold throughout that process and they grow as people. I guess I am able to enjoy shows without going so deep.
I am probably more excited than I should be about Adam Lambert's arc on this show. I really like him.
I miss Kurt singing. His voice is probably my favorite on the show. It is so beautiful.
He made me yawn!!!!
I've had a very stressful & emotional day & your words made me laugh… Especially the first sentence. Thank you.
I'm really late but I love sketches that are just weird so the Halloween Dad was awesome. I love Ed Norton in everything so I loved this episode.
I just happen to be listening to Rhyme or Reason right now and I think it is outstanding.
Thanks!!
