I think the ability to watch the episodes one after another helps this. I liked the show after the 1st episode but being able to watch 3-4 episodes in a row helped me invest in the characters more quickly. As I read on another board - his routine was a "borrow" if you will from Wade's choreography in Season 3 with Sara & Jesus. Wade also used music from the Triplets. So that could be why you liked it? Tyce allowed them to come up with some of their own stuff - I guess so he wouldn't fully copy it?
