That was one of my favorite parts of Saints Row IV.
"Here, I'll be Paula and you can be the cat. Come on, let's sing!"

Don't forget the Ice Bucket Challenge, that has quickly been forgotten.
(to be fair, the money raised from it helped with finding information on a gene that may be responsible for ALS. it's a pretty big development)
Something tells me this thread is going to be straight up corny.
I don't think Steve Allen even knew when he created them either.
Usually this just ends up being a comment that was deleted in my view. Then again, I have enough of a life to where I don't show up here every damn thirty minutes.
The Meeseeks episode was the first one I saw…which is kind of trial by fire when you consider the content of the episode. What I'm saying is, if you love that episode you will love the show in general.
"He wants a few strokes off his golf game so we'll get him ALL strokes off his game!"
Wow, I had no idea about MDE until now but….yeah.
"Don't leave me laying here/What will they do in two thousand years?"
"But if you're going to live exclusively in the cultural nostalgia zone,
you lose all your privileges to claim that the new stuff is somehow
objectively no good and rock music attained perfection in etc etc."
Don't forget, this is the same WRAL that had Jesse Helms give regular editorials during its evening newscasts throughout the 60s, 70s and 80s. If you think Donald Trump is bad it could be much worse…you could have Jesse Helms back from the dead.
Have you noticed that the television person keep airing shows that people are "nostalgic" for? If anything, people should be cautious when it comes to the concept of nostalgia. Should we really long for the days of Family Matters and Full House?
So yesterday night I gave a huge fuck off to the Raleigh NBC affiliate WRAL for heavily censoring last night's episode. Well, here's what the Raleigh News and Observer has to say about it:
I miss it too, but I don't think they're going to reestablish Pluto's status as a planet any time soon.
I think it's time you look at newer movies. Have you considered Aliens vs. Predator?
They can protest if they want. It's not going to go anywhere though. They should be a little more productive if they want to send messages.
Good question. My friend actually called the station's switchboard and got a busy signal.
Multiple lines in the monologue and the Walking Dead sketches. I haven't caught them online yet. Also, they censored something in the beginning of that hair salon sketch and Dave's line in that Mooney/Jones sketch. So yeah, they censored plenty of things.
I really wish that all those protesters out on the streets would stop what they are doing. I am not happy about Trump being president either but I at least know that there is nothing I can do to change the fact that he is. You people who are unhappy and hurt are a big part of why Trump won the election in the first…
I just wanted to get online to say a huge fuck you to WRAL, the NBC affiliate in Raleigh. WRAL heavily censored tonight's SNL, particularly with at least three instances of censorship during the monologue and the Walking Dead sketches and a few other bits of censorship here and there during the entire episode.
As much of products of commerce as boy bands are, I will say this - the boy bands who didn't play instruments or write their own songs were better than the ones that actually did play instruments or wrote their own songs. Listen to stuff from Teddy Geiger or BBMak or the like and you'll be screaming for Backstreet…
