I've always found Troma movie to be pretty shitty but at the same time it's clear that Lloyd Kaufmann and the other people involved love their work and always put in an effort in what they do. You can definitely feel a spirit in their work in spite of how much of what they make is just empty trash.
Tell me about it. It gets really fucking old after a while.
I wouldn't take someone who insists on using a capital letter at the beginning of every word (whether it needs it or not) seriously.
"Obama's preference of anti-American music shows that he is the Worst President Ever. Embarrassing!"

Yeah, but Ballghazi exists in New England.

I'll be curious as to who the mystery acts in Chicago will be. I am hoping it's Tool but you can never tell. I am still thinking At the Drive-In will be one of the mystery acts too. The Hold Steady playing B&GIA sounds awesome.
B&B's riff on Freedom of 76 is better.
Message of Love, Keep on Running, Mother Father and Only Solutions are pretty good songs as well. You could also go back to the pre-Perry era and include Spaceman and Look Into the Future. I am definitely one of those people who will not apologize for liking Journey.
Around the Horn. It's a sad state of affairs when you watch that show today and you wish that Jay Mariotti would come back.
Macklemore had such promise after that first album. What happened?
(fist palm) I should have known! Thanks for the tip.
As much as I love Terry Gilliam, I must admit that a movie about trying to make this movie would be a hell of a lot more interesting.
That is a fair point. I'll definitely take a look at it later on to see what's happening but I'm not holding my breath.
While I get the concept of a single six-year term, six years is too damn long. The current two term/eight year max is fine as it is.
It's good to see that they are getting celebrities who actually seem like they would care about competing and actually know things. Then again I bet SNL was a huge influence in terms of how Jeopardy reviews the celebs that it brings on.
You would have hoped that all the high-end televangelists like Jerry Falwell and Oral Roberts dying off and Billy Graham's influence fading would have gotten the religious right to become weak. These are people who give their faith a very bad name.
I watched a few episodes of this and I'm really having a tough time getting into it. It seems like Lincoln and Lori are the only two characters who aren't overly one-dimensional.
