TCM is probably the ultimate example of a network that has avoided network decay although much of this is thanks to how Turner owns a massive movie library and they figured they might as well do something with it.

I get that they are trying to go in a new direction with a reboot, and that's fine. You don't need a reboot to be EXACTLY like the original or anything. But don't you think that it would be better to come up with a totally new idea? Or at least create a dramatically different spin on the series.
