"Ford and Soffer were hired to write what was tentatively called
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation (slated to be the 4th
movie in the Turtles franchise). The premise of this movie was that, as
a result of the mutagen in their bodies, Splinter and the Turtles would
be undergoing a secondary mutation. New

As ugly as 50 Shades of Grey is, I bet it is better than Old Fashioned, the "faith-based" equivalent of that movie.

Fair point. I know there's always a good and bad side to everything you see online. Maybe I fixate too much on the bad stuff?

Never thought I'd be part of a meme. I made it!

I was thinking about seeing Concussion but lots of reviews have suggested that the movie doesn't really get real deep into the issue like that Frontline special that ESPN refused to air. Maybe it's worth watching on a streaming service later. At least to me.

I read Kids for Cash as Cars for Kids at first. Thanks a lot, now I have that goddamn song in my head.

If these petitions actually worked, Arrested Development would have been on the air for at least seven seasons, the Seattle SuperSonics would still be in Seattle and gas would be worth $2 a gallon in Chicago. When are people going to realize that these petitions are worth shit and that change won't come if you just

Well, they aren't mops, but they aren't puppets, but maaaaan, let me tell ya…..

Can't be as bad as Elan Sleazebaggano offering his Death Sticks to people in some bar.

I'll let you handle those people then. :P

I just mentioned before I read down here that there's gonna be people who will take it seriously. I get that you want to make something satirical but come on, you know there are thin-skinned people out there who will take it seriously.

Thank christ, I was afraid this was going to be a serious post and not a satire of douchey fanboys. Still a bad idea though; you know people are gonna take this seriously.

Well, American Crime is a serial that just lasts for a few days and Galavant is a short-run thing so they can afford to have them on the air even if they do poorly. Although considering how there are so many different things that can contribute to TV ratings (DVR boxes, streaming views, social media buzz, etc) I'm

They are also extremely stubborn and hate change. They all wish the NHL would go back to division titles named after people and tie games (i'm in the middle…i think the 3-on-3 overtime should last as long as possible with no shootouts. Not like it will take more than eight minutes!)

I'm thinking that there's gonna be a huge QB controversy in Cincinnati real soon. I predict that AJ McCarron will win the Bengals' first playoff game in 25 years this weekend over Pittsburgh while Andy Dalton will return next weekend and get blown out big time by New England.

Well, Mozart did make a canon about shit and another about licking his ass so yeah, they loved that stuff.

I need to start watching more movies on Netflix from the past; while I have been using it to watch plenty of more recent movies, I need to catch up on some of the assorted classics that I've missed over the years.

This is a big part of why if you're going to see an animated movie gears that is heavily geared towards kids, go tot he latest possible show. Kids are bad enough at the movies but their parents can be just as bad.

I love going tot he movie but I hate dealing with people who have no idea what the hell they're supposed to do when at the theater. I want to watch movies, not deal with annoying people.

Oh, I forgot about Jeff's moms! And Tig Notaro voices one of them.
