I feel like it's more the one where Pierce didn't sit on his balls.  But then he heard about being after Whitney and he did.  Hurt like hell.  He saw eagles.

I was really hoping that another doctor could have been played by Corin Nemec after seeing Abraham, but instead got gravelly voiced Dr. Garrett.  All in all a fair trade I guess.

I wish he would have mentioned Norwegian trolls, but that may in fact be too terrifying.

And Jeff's reaction, "Britta's right.  Wait, what?" absolutely killed me.  He was so taken aback by both the comment and the fact that Britta was actually right.

You have gotta love the setup the used for the interrogation room, especially the fish tank as the one way window.  That cracked me up so much, I laughed through Star-Burns "I can hear you and see you you know" line.  That was just too brilliant.

It could be that the virus has mutated to infect the living but stays dormant until death.  It would have taken some time to do that which could explain why there are corpses that aren't all zombified.

I loved the mantra Troy was telling Abed after the Cougar Town midseason part: "Six seasons and a movie.  Six seasons and a movie".  That's a real friend trying his hardest to help his friend when really he can't do anything about it.  Also, a phenomenal callback.  I love this show for rewarding the loyal viewers…
