Another reason to believe the cancer is back. I just don't see the point of that scene if he had a perfectly normal scan with no bad news, and his sudden exit from the empire business would make little sense, too.

What was the point of the scene, then? I also find it odd that the doctor's office hasn't replaced the dispenser in a year's time.

In addition to the cough, he pops some pills right before leaving the bathroom as well.

I agree about the tables being turned; in fact, I originally thought that he had busted the towel dispenser again, assuming the doctor's office replaced the first broken one, and that was their way of showing us.

If that's the case, which I don't 100% accept but am willing to, why is Walt quitting? The cancer coming back seems like the only thing that could have shocked him back to being Walter White, and if it was something else, then I have no idea what that something is.

Just to be clear, the cancer's back, right? Nobody;s mentioned it yet in the comments, but it seemed pretty obvious to me from the scene with the busted paper towel holder. Am I missing something?

Of course not, but it IS important what happens with the body. But I guess we'll find out when there is either a big DEA investigation into the death…or there isn't.

So, Mike is dead, there's some blood around and a busted car, but the situation doesn't seem so terribly messy that Walt can't clean things up. I mean, I'd imagine Mike chose a pretty obscure location for his meet. Do you think Walt cleans up his mess, likely with Todd's help, and tries to set it up to look like…

That makes plenty of sense. Thanks.
