I really need to get around to writing out a list of words I fucking hate with a fiery passion. Topping that list would be "message," and not far behind is "tweens."

Achtung Baby itself is awesome, though. '90s U2 rules!
I am Spartacus!
It's located next to the Guantanamo Bay detainee.
And we could go on as though nothing was wrong.
I disagree, Otto!
Oh my god, yes it was.
So am I the only person who thought that von Trier saying that he relates to Hitler was kind of hilarious?
So basically what you're saying is that Extremely Loud And Blah Blah Blah is the Life Is Beautiful of 9/11 movies? 'Cause I'll get on board with that.
I guess Charlie Wilson's War wasn't a complete turd.
I have a thing where I try to avoid seeing most Best Picture nominees, because they're generally crowd-pleasing shit and the one movie I want to win never does. The Academy is the AIDS of the film world.
I don't like to accuse people of "not getting it," but if you watch a Malick movie and all you're seeing is "pretty pictures" then you are immediately suspect.
People thought I was insane four or five years ago when I said Knocked Up should get a "Best Original Screenplay" nomination. I feel like if Bridesmaids wins, it will be validation for all the great comedies released in the last half decade that have been virtually snubbed by the Academy.
@avclub-d892cfee412f049ca3da7ada13bcf9ff:disqus As far as I'm concerned, since Onstad hasn't updated in well over a year, Achewood has lapsed into public domain.
That face belongs on a punching bag.
I must be pretty goddamn refined. I own two records by The Vapors, and not just the one with "Turning Japanese."
@avclub-f16ba6f00bce15507c766cd5e8057728:disqus Huh. Well, that's no fun! Let's rewrite it!
I agree that season 5 was good, but it wasn't quite the same show without Hartmann. It also wasn't the disaster that post-Carell Office is.
Please, please, please let it be "Beautiful Day."
You ruined it, @avclub-2850d3b69679c93faf8a00aa3cd7b734:disqus .
