Well, like you said, it's an interpretation. Now, with Taxi Driver, that entire sequence after the big shootout is bizarrely out of step with the rest of the movie, even the colors seem like they're brighter, and the whole thing seems to perfectly emulate Travis Bickle's version of the perfect world and the perfect

Observe & Report apes Taxi Driver so well that I got the ending immediately. Hint: It's not real.

The Muppets came out two weeks ago. This is the only movie of his that has been announced between then and now. You're seriously going to turn on him that fucking quickly? You must be very hard to please. I mean, I've heard of backlash, but this is ridiculous.

Have the Youtube and AV Club comments sections merged? Who crossed the streams?!

I will not be convinced to see The Expendables 2 until the entire continent of Europe is wiped off the face of the Earth by that movie's production.

Ghost Mom, the long awaited sequel to Ghost Dad. Starring the rotting corpse of Katherine Hepburn.

I, too, have trouble imagining a world that is much, much better than our own. How the hell did 20th Century allow something so brilliantly bizarre as that casting choice to slip through their fingers?

Snooki?

I cannot wait for the episode of 30 Rock that is written as a result of this!

Their cover of the Ass Ponys' "Mr. Superlove" is, for my money, the single best song that they ever released. "Conjure Me" is a pretty nasty song too, and I would say that top-to-bottom the record it's from, Congregation, is my favorite of their LPs.

Nuns 'N Hoses

I haven't heard it yet, but that definitely sounds like something I'd be interested in. I'll put it on the list!

Holy shit, are you one raging asshole!

The only albums that come out in the last four-five weeks of the year are Greatest Hits and box sets.

Wow, I really didn't expect my personal list to be so different from
what you guys wrote. Only two of my choices are present here. I know
there's already a few thread for user lists, but I'm too lazy to find
them, so here's mine!

Diabeetus.

I think a lot of people that say Pollard went downhill after Under The Bushes must have jumped off the bandwagon at Do The Collapse and never looked back. That's a pretty bad album, but it was more of a misstep than an indication that Bob had lost the plot. And I'm sure that there were a lot of people who hated the

Any talk of the post-Mag Earwhig albums definitely seems like more of an afterthought, doesn't it? I get that the trilogy of Bee Thousand, Alien Lanes, and Under The Bushes, Under The Stars are going to be forever deemed as the "important" records, but an album that has "Everybody Thinks I'm A Raincloud (When I'm Not

Kicking & Screaming is one of my favorite movies. I agree that there is some bluntness in it, but then there are some really amazing subtleties that you don't catch right away, like the bouncer at the bar. "Can't get in without Id." I also have always had the impression that, while the movie is sympathetic to the
