I feel like every week I watch this because I have a block of empty time and every week it shocks me with 2 or 3 really great lines.

I donated and it was well worth it for me. Yeah others will profit financially but I'm just happy it got made.

Fosters Discussion Thread:
Disaster Brandon is the worst. I would love for him to just be killed off. Also what is Dani's angle, talking him into believing he and Callie can still be together?

Where in Africa? It's not just one country, in fact it's pretty fucking big.

He's not unattractive but if you're going up an age bracket you want it to be for Clooney not Ferrell…

The best of all of these was tattooed baker Maggie Gyllanhaal in Stranger than Fiction…

Talledega Nights was after she was nominated for an Oscar for Junebug…

No, the problem is that she's playing the love interest of a man 15 years her senior, it's one of the major problems with these sorts of comedies.

blame the lack of female writers on the lack of opportunity for female writers to get films made… How long are women expected to keep writing scripts they can't get made as they watch Adam Sandler movie after Adam Sandler movie get made?

She is good in Save the Date. Her and Lizzy Caplan playing sisters, a little mumblecorey but overall very watchable.

My reaction to this was "I have to believe she'd be engaged to Will Ferrell to watch her in a film??". Hot women, plain to unattractive older white dude does not a film for this 27 year old woman make,

Always Bunheads…

Neighbours is basically build on "hey I'm John's brother Steve pretend I'm just John", they just introduce a character as a co-worker, suddenly they need somewhere to live, move to Ramsay Street and then 4 months later intoduce their whole family.
My favourite soap opera trope is the changing of actors but never

Something that leads on from Dead Girls. "Women in Refrigerators", female characters introduced solely to create the impetus behind a male character's revenge/emotional storyline. In Chicago Fire (terrible show) they introduced a long lost half sister only the have her get kidnapped and raped by a guy exacting revenge

I actually most of those watching Scandal over at Jezebel pretty much hate it now, there have been 4 community posts about how terrible and overdone it was last night, plus Fitz/Olivia are the world couple of all time.

"I'll try, I'm sorry"
"Please Diaz, no need to make a scene"

both meta and totally Ted.

so they can name the baby Daisy, obviously.

too old..

Is Katie LeClerc the only deaf actress in Hollywood? She also starred in an episode of Big Bang theory. Seriously? No other deaf actresses? Katie LeClerc isn't even fully deaf, she's got a condition that means her hearing comes and goes.
