I haven't read any of his Green Arrow run but the book your talking about is "The Book of Lies" which I liked a lot. I have a few other of his older novels but haven't got to reading them yet. "Identity Crisis" was pretty good but it would probably helped to have a reasonable knowledge of JLA characters to comprehend.
