Borders was always Target to B&N's Walmart - better selection, better quality, just a step up in every way.  I could go to Borders and peruse a thoughtfully stocked selection of books on advance math, or legal studies.  In the same sections in B&N, you'd see a lot of "for Idiots" or other pop culture-style takes on

I'm with you.  I think it was Boss Man Bing.

Some of his standup was funny, and I found him surprisingly likable in in that MMA movie he did with Henry Winkler (that whole movie was surprisingly likable).

Ditto.  Of all of the forgettable NBC sitcoms that failed to last more than 2-3 seasons from the late 1980s to the late 1990s, Single Guy was probably my favorite.  Silverman was casually likable, the women in the series were more thoroughly drawn than the women in most of these series were, and Borgnine.

I loved Rachel in that tap class, effortlessly getting it right.  You just tap when they tap.  It's a small moment, but also completely in character with someone with the confidence to walk away from a wedding because she wants something more.  You want it, just do it.  How hard can it be?  (Turns out very, but she's

Ah, Billy Crystal at his most likable.  I can't believe that movie's almost 25 years old now.

Maybe he confused it with his own post with a gravy-soaked piece of bread in the middle?  Did you leave a note on top, perhaps with a knock knock joke?

There's always the episode where Cliff brought his black co-worker to the bar to protect him against a fight.  And… I'm drawing a blank.  Even the former athletes they used to get to come visit were usually white (Wade Boggs, Kevin McHale, etc.).

Interesting casting note that probably no one but me cares about:

Also, Mark Henry impregnates an elderly woman with what turns out to be a plastic hand.

No Bill, that's a clown, which is what you look like with that thing.

Yes, that's the one.  They wanted to call it "A Period Piece" but FOX made them change the name.

If she didn't want to get slapped, she should have stayed away from those ticks.

Rather than the premiere of MWC, I'd nominate either The Camping Show or I'll See You in Court (which FOX refused to even show).

I always liked the Dr. Miller character and was disappointed when she just disappeared at the end of the season.  The show never really had a strong female attending physician, and she had a nice chemistry with the group and could seemingly have been a useful recurring character in the vein of so many others who

I think I'd have been perfectly happy to see Ross go off with his monkey to San Diego.  Marcel was the worst, but at least he was short-lived.  Ross glummed around for the entire run of the show.

Ditto.  60 or 70 new Simpsons T-shirts means basically an end to the need to do laundry every month.

There are so many poorly spelled names in that post.

I can't imagine how her performance on this show would have improved her chance for a job offer.  She's acting like (or at least portrayed as) an utter and complete bitch.  Who would want to voluntarily add someone like that to your kitchen?  Seems like your staff would want to kill you.

Love Pentagon was the wildly unsuccessful B-52s follow up to Love Shack.
