He probably smuggled the guns, gas, and mask into the theater unnoticed by putting them in the bottom of one of those family sized buckets of popcorn.

I hadn't thought about that, but you're probably right. One more reason to just stream movies on Netflix - if I'm getting strip-searched at home, it's usually a good thing. If it's happening at the movie theatre, probably not.

The Batman Massacre sounds like it could be the title for an episode of The Big Bang Theory.
I really enjoyed the campiness of the first season of Desperate Housewives. Then they started the second season, and it was such a disaster (ooh, someone's being kept in a basement? Really?) that I turned it off and never went back.

Some of the dialogue is bad, sure, but shooting them would have been over the top.

Five years from now, this will be background material for Sorkin's new show about the pitfalls and triumphs of a quirky, literate writing staff of a show about the production staff of a news show.

Ditto - I think Short really kills it here. This has always been one of my favorite episodes of the show, and I've never understood the general hatred for it.

Just do the math: Just the Ten of Us - Eight is Enough = 2 Broke Girls

That is my favorite Community episode, but I think it's probably been covered here before. We Community fans have enough outlets for our fandom.

It's obvious that they think it's all going to be a joke, and some lighthearted resolution is about to be had (the guy drops his pants, but trips over them and knocks himself out, etc.). But it just keeps going on and on and on, to the point where they stop laughing.

I was thinking that one. There's also the one where Vanessa sneaks out to go to Baltimore to the concert, but she and her friends get ripped off. It's as much about being the parent of an adolescent as it is about being an adolescent.
