If you want a good German accent, look no further than Werner Herzog. I've worked with a couple of super smart, super funny Germans and they all have that same accent. They over-enunciate their English, because they are perfectionists, but still can't shake the underlying aspects of the accent.

The animated Justice League/Unlimited were pretty good. But nothing is as good as Batman TAS in that genre. I think Adventure Time is one of the best shows on TV right now but I'm also really, really high.
