I guess that's fair, although I would argue that the members of Radiohead are certainly the type that would want to have plenty of input in the production of their albums, to the point where they might override some of Godrich's decisions.

I have to admit, I saw them at Bonnaroo and they sounded much, much better than I expected them to.  I would expect that has something to do with various backing vocalists who get placed in the back, but Mike Love's voice didn't sound too bad and it was usually at the forefront.  Brian's was a bit weak, but still not
