I actually fell asleep when I saw it back in theaters. Turns out that was the start of a cold, though. I remember the first half being alright, but not good enough for me to ever finish it.

Even the gap between D'Angelo's first and second was longer.

"Self Control" for me.

Kanye West. So that's the standard for Hollywood's men to beat now.

Is this a 'sclusie?!

I mean, no Comedy Bang! Bang! or Black-ish reviews make TV Club at least part dummies.

With the way TV club's been going, I'm (pleasantly) surprised to see this show still getting regular coverage.

I'll probably watch Michael Che's and maybe Dana Carvey's. The only Netflix special I've watched and really liked this year though was Bo Burnham's (though I REALLY liked that one.)

"J.J. Walker shot you in the lips?! Oh, you took a shot in the lips and now you look like J.J. Walker? Yeah, that'll do it to ya."

Ha! Eddie Murphy's worn fat suits. What a hot take.

Denzel was nominated (deservedly) for an Oscar like 2 years ago.

It's like in the 80's he was the funniest person alive, then went, "time for the opposite."

Also Eminem's "Superman" and of course "Crank Dat (Soulja Boy)"

"It's just some idiot building a staircase." "Is it? Or is it Frank Ocean's new visual album." "EEEEEEH!! FRANK!"

Eh, I think Rogen gets a bad wrap. Sure, his movies aren't the most intellectual out there but they're usually good for a few laughs.

Daddy would like some sausage? Daddy would you like some sausages?

That's a pretty fair response. Outside of the small satirical element, there's not much going on in it, it just happened to tickle my funny bone. Consistently and thoroughly.

I thought the movie was well above mediocre, and one of the best Rogen movies, actually. But, to each his own.

I'm actually 99% sure I saw this video months ago from someone else on GJI.

He's not.
