The earlier fat stuff with Monica was actually really funny and made sense with the character, but making it so that if she stayed fat she would be a virgin at 30, and having the moral of the episode appear to be since Chandler would still love her if she was fat that the ultimate test of their love was…

To be fair, it's not too hard to beat Scott to the punch. (Ex. "I thought that was Ebenezer-oh.")

There's a 5 minute period in the middle of that episode that's one of the funniest things I've heard.

I would put it up there as one of the best of the year too, though maybe more towards the bottom of my top 10, which isn't bad in what's becoming the best year CBB's ever done.

The real question is what classic album/entire genre of music Keith decides he doesn't like this time. Classical music? Dark Side of the Moon? Exile on Main Street (until he realizes that's him)?
