I wouldn't quite say that. They have Community, Parks & Rec, The Office, and until very recently 30 Rock. Then again, they also have the "smash hits" Whitney, Up All Night, Go On, 1660 Penn, Smash & Jay Leno.

No, Jaden in a dress is working on his big project, a remake of The Princess Bride. But its set in NY and instead of being a light-hearted romantic-comedy it's a gangsta flick. And instead of a Grandfather reading to his sick grand-son, it's a pimp rapping to one of his hoes.

This was streets behind seasons 1-3. Lets hope the show improves as the season goes along. (Seasons 1, 2, and 3 were all better in the latter half of their season.)
