High school history teacher showed us Gallipoli. Room was incredibly quiet for awhile after that one ended.

First time I saw this movie also happened to be the first time I was stoned out of my mind. Perfect combo.

Was always blown away by how, in the middle of this great comedy, they could drop in that scene of Jack reuniting with his wife and daughter that can literally make you tear up.  This is one of my five desert island movies. So rewatchable. The huge cast is managed so perfectly. Every character makes an impression and

Oh, it's TV only. Nevermind.

Probably already said somewhere in the comments, but this list loses all credibility for failing to include Raising Arizona and the immortal Glen ("Dot and me are swingers; as in 'to swing!'").

At some point in the mid 70s, my mom threw out my Planet of the Apes action figures and tree house play set. Haunted me for years and I never missed an opportunity to make her feel guilty about it. I saw a staging in Chicago in the mid-90s where, not only was the Alec Baldwin scene included in the play, but the part was played by a woman. Maybe a better actress could have pulled it off, but this woman couldn't.

Apologies if this has been said already, but I was thinking it was going to turn out that Rebecca had peanut-poisoned herself in order to facilitate her exit from the show.

Best car chase of all time, hands down. You don't just have your car chase, you've got people jumping from car to car; you've got your crossbows and molotiv cocktails flying around, and a pick up truck with a giant 4-barreled dart cannon! Took the car chase premise and turned it into a literal battle. Will never be
