It's interesting that they did it that way - his project w/Clegane in ADWD wouldn't seem to have any impact on the surviving Stark's, but when they showed Rob personally take an interest it seemed in keeping w/the logic of the series that it would turn out to be a mistake.

@avclub-858b67085072a6f2403cf500871f4068:disqus : Watching her douche afterward genuinely made me shudder.

Not to mention the "impossibility" of them hooking up. Theon and Jeyne Poole would have something to say about that…

Well, they had just committed an act together that could possibly get them both ostracized or killed. That builds a sense of intimacy rather quickly I would assume.

Margery won't hesitate to use sex as a weapon…on Tommen?

Not so much - Lena Headey actually left the set during filming because she was so uncomfortable with it, hence it was ultimately done clothes on.

They've been chilling for TEN episodes now! Nearly half the series to date has been working towards this…

The Hound's subdued (for him) manner when they cut him loose was great too. All these religious zealots talking about his destiny is the sort of thing he would normally laugh off except you know, he had just witnessed bone fide MAGIC.

I don't know if it was just me, but his dialogue w/the maester in the show seemed to be designed to be seen as kinfolk getting to know each other once the inevitable revelation comes out. There seemed to be a familial concern there that went beyond the Nights Watch.

I don't get why people don't see the buildup - it's been nearly a season of her showing obligatory hostility to him as a possible double-double agent, and after one night in the WIlding honeymoon suite the emotional dam breaks and she turns into a lovesick teenager.

And it was the one time we ever saw Tywin come close to losing his shite - His face just screamed "You killed my wife, so you don't get to have one either".

The way he called her a disappointment after she protested clinched it for me - he definitely knows about the incest, just chooses not to acknowledge it. Because 2/3rds of her kids actually turned out alright, and other than that issue shes always done everything he's ever asked of her to the letter.

Did anyone notice Dany and Jon together on one of the covers of Entertainment Weekly this month? An implicit spoiler I do believe.

The Aryan nation took over all the coastal areas and strip clubs. But if you find yourself a nice chuchgoing girl you should be all right.

Oh wow…

Very much so…aside from a few exceptional episodes the series gets better every year.

Mostly it infuriates me because there's rumors Doc and Jackson are doing a function for the premiere in NYC and I have work obligations that are gonna keep me on the Canadian border for most of June.

Brock should have killed him after that stunt he pulled in Berlin.

And now someones gonna hand it to the pilot, who's gonna start babbling in Sumerian and fly everyone into the Bermuda triangle never to be seen again…

AN ETERNITY.
