This post is about Seinfeld
I watched some number of these early episodes in high school (downloaded from Kazaa, no doubt!), and I really thought that at the beginning they were pushing Jerry and Elaine as the unresolved sexual tension couple. The entire universe is glad that they changed their mind.

You know, I wouldn't mind having a list. So here goes:
Belgariad (2.5 so far)
Book of the New Sun (4)
First and Second Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever (6)
First Chronicles of Amber (5)
Earthsea (4)
Elric of Melnibone (1.5 and out)
Foundation (3)
Riftwar Saga (2)
Tales of Alvin Maker (6)
Total: 34, so I exaggerated

I actually am more interested now
For some reason, I kinda want to check it out now. "Pointless and overstuffed" sounds pretty good. Also, Greek's pilot had a slightly-to-very different tone from the rest of the show, so, uh, maybe that happened again?

The Loop
I think you and I were the only people in the world to enjoy The Loop.

Books and Resolution
I've read 40 books since Christmas on my sister's old, cracked, first-gen iPhone using Stanza. Who the fuck needs better resolution to read books on their iPhone?

Panda, that's bullshit. If ABC Family has an entry in this category (Greek), there have to be dozens of other examples. Shit, how about Doctor Who? Daria? The OC?

Sure, the show was 75% about the characters. But it was 25% about the mythology, and they were so concerned with proving it was about the characters that they shat the bed on the mythology. So they get a C+.

Yay
Woo the West Wing!

You just named my two favorite NP songs, Mr. Garrett.

Wow, apparently I'm a pretty weird New Pornographers fan: 1) Electric Version 2) Mass Romantic 3) Challengers 4) Twin Cinema. That isn't to say I dislike Twin Cinema, I just really love their simpler early stuff. But every one of the albums is at least an A-.

Schedules
When is this magical time of 35-episode seasons that run straight from September to May? I grew up wondering if a show was "new tonight," before the internet could answer that question. Looking at Comedy Emmy winners the first year of each decade (the X0 one), I see episode orders of 24, 27, 24, and 26

Jesus fuck, I'm not even drunk. Seriously, there is no English major in this world who has more trouble with homonyms than I do.

The last couple episodes she's been one of the best parts of the show. I'm as stunned as you are, but they've found a way to right her that's funny and she can pull off pretty well. They're also having her flirt with every guy on the show, and she's good at that.

Chrome
Chrome threw up a red "do not go here" page and said something about phishing. Is anyone else seeing this?

"What happened?" was the line of the night.

Ugh, I obviously would have phrased that differently if I'd bothered to read the second paragraph, as opposed to just scanning the titles to make sure it wasn't included. Let's just focus on that last sentence there, I think that still makes a decent joke.

Grey's
I would argue that the episode of Grey's Anatomy that tried to spin Addison off into her own show should be on here. Sure, the show got made, and is in its fourth or whatever season now, but that just makes it worse. The hundred or so episodes that resulted from that have got to be one of the biggest spin-off

Why does everyone think this is different from what Ms. Bowman was saying? Plant = Replacement.

Feiger
Feiger is what happens when Better Call Saul can run for Governor.

There is some serious talent behind this schtick.
