The tv gags in "Inter-dimensional Cable 2" are definitely less funny than the first one. However, Werner Herzog's speech about human society and the penis more than makes up for it.

Oh yeah, I never thought Grant was an evil dude. Just thoroughly in over his head in regards to politics. That's why he failed in the army as an officer pre-Civil War. Grant was just one of those guys who was in their element commanding troops in the field, but ill-equipped to do much else.

At least Grant had actual accomplishments, like crushing the Army of Northern Virginia.
