That T-shirt story was so perfect, just each step making it more and more 'Please no she didn't' in the best possible way. And the actress who played the horrible room mate was just awesome with her 'What did I do to deserve this' after bankrupting a dry cleaner for a 1000 dollar dress.

I was so sad to see Shades being arrested as I keep rooting for him despite his criminal status. It's just that he and the inspector are essentially the only two competent professionals on this show, which makes me want to see them succeed. Also, there was something deeply touching with him constantly becoming more

Not just complaining, but being objectively correct on it not making sense.

I can't comprehend Diamondback. At the moment David Pumpkins makes more sense to me than him as this big criminal mastermind.

I keep imagining there was a following exchange with the ESU cops as they were contemplating their actions:

That ending to the Styles/Ambrose match was brilliant even if I'm confused on where it sets the future title challengers as the only two legit challengers I can think of Miz and Corbin, who are both heels. Still, not only was a logical conclusion, it does set up a really intriguing episode next week to see how Dean

I'm curious how they are going to follow-up on Daniel making Nikki the Smackdown's women's captain heading in to Survivor Series without seemingly consulting their actual champion first. When they announced the stakes for the Nikki/Nattie match, I first thought that it meant that Becky was defending the title at the

A question from an on-and-off follower of the show. Have they actually acknowledged/referenced Michael on the show at all yet? As he, or possibly she, is a pretty big part of that mythology.

I was really torn on the contract signing as I went over it in my head, but overall I ended up really liking the narrative there, even though I may have preferred some flow issues handled better. They managed to do a good job with having Charlotte and Foley to do the heavy lifting in it while setting up Sasha's big

While the show itself was somewhat lacking, there were a lot of small moments I appreciated:

The tonal shift with those Rusev/Roman backstage promos was absurd. For weeks, they have presented Rusev as this blustering, loud-mouthed heel and now he is cutting an 80s serious villain promo against a dark background?

While I am extremely amused by the fact that outside being a cop and gay, the show Maggie is absolutely nothing like the comic book Maggie, I still really like what she represents, especially as a potential love interest for Alex.

I am curious to see if remain true to the fact that she is actually a White Martian? It might better explain her initial reaction when seeing J'Onn.

I appreciated that Maggie's first instinct after meeting a DEO agent, who is tasked to hunt down aliens on Earth, was to bring her to the secret alien hangout/bar/haven. Like I get that you want to impress Alex there, Maggie, but maybe take a moment to think about the situation if you have the wrong read on her?

I guess, but to me the distinction is very tenuous one. It is essentially an argument that the best way to protect the innocent black people from police violence is to give the police weaponry to go after the dangerous black folks.

That is an excellent point and I completely agree with that view.

I honestly want to check this as I was so baffled by it in this episode. Misty's actions were completely insane and really bad police work, right? To the point that she is a defense lawyer's dream?

You know, I will freely admit that I have never been to a BLM meeting and that as a white guy there a lot of nuances and contexts for that discussion which I am unaware of.

I loved that the reason Diamondback got the drop on Misty was that she was completely oblivious that square rooms have four corners and instead just stood there baffled about where did Diamondback go.

My favorite thing about is that multiple skethes on this episode where I was a bit iffy on them when they started, but then they became somehow brilliant in the middle.
