Every show gets one of those from me. Any more, and I start making with the snarky comments. But I'd say Breaking Bad used theirs about as effectively as it could be used.

It's not just you! It's reality.

I think I'm pretty good at parsing out jokes, but I've never gotten why Kitty hinting that John Larroquette was sponsoring her was supposed to be funny. Was he going to be on the show at some point? Or is is just a weird bit of celebrity-obsession?

I still say "Eli's coming" in the Dan Rydell sense, to denote ominous times ahead.

Oh, don't be unkind. You can tell when the man is phoning it in, and there's not a moment of Tobias where Cross isn't 100% committed to this weird, weird character.

My single favorite joke in the entire series is when they reveal that "Frank" is Franklin and they play the "Miistah F!" music cue.

I think it's because he's hostile to criticism in a way that's disproportionate to the actual amount of talent he has. Most of his interactions with people (especially and including the ones on here) have a "Yeah, well, fuck you" vibe that turns people off, and his material isn't good enough to maintain any goodwill.

Not to mention, woefully esoteric.
