All of those final four episodes are gold. Fakin' It is amazing and it contains one of the best jokes in the history of television, in my opinion: The misleading direction that lets you think Buster and Michael are in Iraq when they're really on their way to LAX.

Thank you! It was a shitload of work that I did for no reason whatsoever. I just love the fuck out of those two shows.
I submitted it to the AV Club thinking Great Job, Internet would be all over it, but apparently they have better things to post, like Jay-Z riding the subway. Or Aaron Paul's Breaking Bad cupcakes

For those who missed it, my latest mash-up: Breaking Bad as The Wire… all 5 seasons' worth. I figure if there's any crowd on earth that would appreciate it, it's the crowd on the AV Club.

A lower third generally covers most of if not all of the lower third of the screen, whereas "bug" I think is generally used as slang for a station ID or watermark.

Seconded. Frank's burping/vomiting when he's walking down the street with Mac is a thing of beauty. The cut to commercial/black seals it.

I fear the day when Chris Hardwick gets his own pop-up ads during The Walking Dead.

They did a joke on the large obnoxious ads (what we in The Biz call "lower thirds," obviously enough) that appear midway through a show. I seem to recall "Slowly Revolving Black Guy" and "Shovin' Buddies" as their fake TV shows.

Didn't Jan make him her sex slave or something?

It's mine. And because the AV Club is unwilling to publish it, here's 5 seasons of Breaking Bad in the style of 5 seasons of The Wire. You're welcome!

Of course! Erik. I believe it was called "Log Cabin in Space". I directed and edited a few of those. It was a lot of fun, but waaaayyy too much work for the money those guys had for me. Always loved your voice though.

A big part of the warthogging that I loved was just the name Warthog. It's just such an inherently funny-sounding word and name. Sunny really knows how to pick those names that are juuuust right comedically. Just about all of their supporting cast has interesting names too. McPoyle, Artemis. They're amusing but not so
