An amazing album indeed.
my doctor is really worried about me
my moby dick is anywhere from 22 to a million inches long
"8 (circle)" is the Moby Dick of songs released in 2016, in the sense that it's huge, epic, understandably polarizing, and also the greatest shit ever
This is one of those things that I should absolutely watch but I'm too much of a coward to really face up to the level of horror that women in theocratic countries deal with
I've said it about a hundred times but 22 A Million is the album of the decade IMO. If anybody's making music right now that deserves a few months' worth of contemplation it's Bon Iver.
I think Bon Iver are among the greats, as anybody who knows me knows, but I kind of agree with the idea that Vernon's music is like whale songs. That's pretty dead-on. I guess it just depends on whether you think that's a good thing.
Looking forward to this movie.
Yeah, this has always been a pet peeve of mine. The people who generalize like that don't seem to realize how incredibly alienating it is for people who don't fall into those stereotypes.
Oh god no
I mean, a lot of people of many different ethnic backgrounds like him, but there's a specific crowd of West Wing-fetishizing white people who think he's the greatest lyricist in human history, and they're the ones being referred to here
I didn't say anything about him other than that I like his verse on Mercy
I love how this touches on so many of their pet peeves at once
I don't think 2chainz is asking for praise here
I didn't expect anyone to recognize it but yeah, nice
All it needs is a monologue at the end about how Donald Trump is actually Voldemort
I'm torn between finding this endearingly dorky and laughing my ass off about how much everyone I know is going to hate it
I cannot wait for the Chapo reaction to this
What if the pope… blasted cigs?
