I agree…Chicago has Canada for the hooch, at least in large part.  New York's most efficient route is a long, hard to guard coastline, which somebody in charge of AC and its environs can provide.

Honestly, the guy seemed tired by the end of it.  Keep a dangerous guy under constant fear for his own life, take away his upside and give him an open, you'll get fucked - to paraphrase Costigan in The Departed.

Oh, come on.  It was almost a straight jack of the police station scene - the only exception being that Harrow at least technically vulnerable to return fire - and it was a little too over-the-top even for this show.  Hell, about halfway through I expected him to shotgun a guy behind him over his shoulder a la Ash in…
