Exactly my point.  They don't want to do the hard, unpleasant work that involves sweat (figuaratively speaking in most cases), money, risk and overhead.  They just want to renege on a deal they made.  Why?  Because somebody smarter is making some money off this thing?  Not a good enough reason to me.
