I always loved the therapy scenes with Tony and Dr. Melfi, it was an elegant way of describing Tony's thoughts and processes in the same manner that a novel would, which is difficult to do on television unless you were to have an internal first person narrator or something similar.

Well to be real, Harry didn't really get developed at all this year. I can't remember the last time we got a good look at his character, but it has been at least a couple years in "show time," since season 3 ended at the end of 1963. People change.
No status quo change? How about the Francis's moving away from the Draper home, Joan having a kid, and the main character of the series suddenly getting married? When you consider how big a part of the show Don's first marriage was in the first 3 years, i'd say dis a big-ass change.
Who is Don Draper?
For me that question was answered by Megan, when she said he was someone who is trying to be better. The keyword there is trying, and as far as i'm concerned he's failing. And I think marrying Megan is a misguided attempt to improve himself but who knows. We'll have to wait for season 5
