You want to know how to make Klaus interesting? Replace him with Werner Herzog and have him only speak in Herzog-isms.

I didn't realize chuck berry's "My Ding-a-ling" actually charted so high in '72. That's kind of awesome. Also, I apparently still have the sensibilities of a five year-old.

I feel like all this list is missing is bipolar bear and babyboomerangatang

This article shows why The Tick  (both the comic book and the cartoon show) was so dead on. Also, The Tick's creator  Ben Edlund is a frequent Joss Whedon collaborator, which I take as a good sign.

When I first heard of Papillion I thought "Oh, it's the great escape with Steve Mcqueen but in the tropics with Dustin Hoffman ". I thought I was dead on at first… Then Steve Mcqueen gets thrown into a year of solitary confinement and starts going bananas. It definitely goes off the rails once that part hits.

you misunderstood me. I'm not saying they never did any musical numbers before I'm saying the frequency of them has gone up (3 of the last five episodes have had at least one musical number) The ones you listed took place over a number of seasons, and don't get me wrong they're all great, but they're popping up way

They've been putting in way more musical numbers since "The Book of Mormon", and between this and the jewelery episode I'm extremely happy with the change.

if Leon Kennedy had a pommel horse everyone would have been fucked

so, apparently we've found the inspiration for resident evil 4?

I'm not gonna lie this showed up yesterday and It may be my favorite thing ever (you really do get what you pay for). Also, I realized I am a massive nerd.  http://www.ebay.com/itm/500…
Edit: In case anyone was wondering it's a fullmetal alchemist pocket watch

I want a picture of a snake eating a rat that says "Born to watch my snake eat a rat."

The latin from "Event Horizon" scared the crap out of me…

just dü it!

The one from my childhood that really springs to mind is Freakazoid's "Conversational Norweigan", and to a lesser extent "Frenching with Freakazoid"

Oldboy is disturbing for sure but not as over the top as ISTD. ultimately though Oldboy is the better movie, though my profile picture might betray my opinion as a little skewed.

A movie has never made me physically ill, but I couldn't make it through "I Saw the Devil" my first time watching it. (I stopped at the attempted rape in the greenhouse about a quarter way through). I recruited two friends the next day and we finished it with no problems, and as much as I ended up liking the film I

I think it says a lot about the state I live in that I also get guys selling knives suitable for gutting people at 3 a.m.

I really enjoyed this episode. The flicking sketch? The best good natured poke at Christopher Nolan and/or David Fincher I have seen in a long long time.

I distinctly remember watching this episode when it first aired (I was seven), and it scared the absolute crap out of me. It took a few more years for me to be able to watch it again. Now it's one of my favorite episodes
Funny ol' world isn't it?
